Managed limited company? Giant powerhouse?

Hello everyone. Firstly, I'd like to say that I'm NOT a new member, but this is just a different ID for confidentiality purposes - sorry!
I have been offered a month's work as a contractor, and have never worked as a contractor before. The agency offering me the work has suggested using the services of https://www.giantgroup.com Apparently they will 'employ' me, to save me having to set up a ltd. company. (I don't want to set up a company, as I don't see contracting as being my future - although I am very happy to try it on for size!
)
Does anyone out there have any experience of using a company like Giant, or a managed limited company service? I know MSE's are a very knowledgeable lot....:T
In particular, I don't have a job when this contract ends. (My current 'ordinary' employment is just about to finish). Would taking on a contract like this mean that I would not be entitled to JSA when the contract finishes, or would using someone like Giant mean that I was still considered to be an employee until the end of the contract, for the purposes of benefits? (I should have found a new job by then, but need to know!)
TIA!
