Boots Gillette Gift Pack

In Boots Newbury Retail Park I got each pack for £4.99, and here it is how

I took pack to till and asked them if they were 3 for 2. The girl at the till said no, but they are BOGOF. I said ok I will have two please !!!
She scanned two (multi-savings flashed on the display) and the total came up £19.99, when I told her that the actual price is reduced to £9.99 after pointing towards displayed ticket. She happily put 2 of them through for total of £9.98 (according to the receipt, she took £5 off from each £9.99). Two minutes later, I went back and bought two more from the same till and same girl

I told my friend who went in half a hour later with my receipt, but unfortunately he was told by the staff that it was a system error, and they made mistake !!!!!

I am happy to get 4 packs for £19.96 .... cant go wrong on that one

just bought 3 of these this morning, they went through at £9.99 each but no multi save even though it says so on the receipt. Asked the sa but she didn't know so have just phoned boots customer service.
Very nice lady advised me that they should be 3 for 2 and refunded me 1000 points also 500 for inconvenience!!!

Well I tried this and ended up with 500 points obviously you had someone a lot nicer hahaha though the guy I spoke to said that they had a lot of calls about this offer hahahaha probably everyone from here

Bought 3 today, £29.97. !!!!!!. Had 2 refunded, as I still think £10 is a good price as a stocking filler. Now I learn I could have got some points refunded, not happy. Oh well...

Just tried, didn't work. The woman said the 'multisave' is refering to the pack itself, NOT the 3-4-2 offer. She seemed quite clued up.

Might try tomorrow with another assistant who looks wet behind the ears

3 for 2 didnt work at Lakeside store. I didnt even ask, as soon as the SA saw i had 3 in my basket she said "they arent on 3 for 2 you know". I showed her the receipt i had from the AC machine saying Gillette WAS on 3 for 2 but she replied with well these aren't. I reckon they musthave been tipped off. Miserable so and so. So i took one out as i only really needed 2 anyway.

Called Customer Services and they have credited my card with 500 points so 2 for £15, not bad at all
