Could be dangerous. They predicted +0.6 for Halifax, which was only 4% out.0

Will be interesting to know if Nationwide's statistics include the £1 valuation [See other post Homeowner outraged after the property he paid £84,000 for is valued - at just £1]0

Seeing as you couldn't get a mortgage for £1 I doubt it is included.0 -
Then it's probably +2% or -3%, their predictions don't seem very on the ball!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

It's more likely to be up by 72.5% than to be anywhere near the Forex prediction, based on their track record.Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there.

indeed they don't. I said on another thread that their totally missed call on the last hali figure left them with zilch credibility, IMO.neverdespairgirl wrote: »Then it's probably +2% or -3%, their predictions don't seem very on the ball!

Is it their prediction? I thought they just put up the market forecasts for releases.
They are the same forecasts Inspector Monkfish puts in his posts, so I cant see them being a prediction, just market expectation. It would be odd for two sources to be identical otherwise.
Perhaps a more important release is tomorrow, preliminary GDP.0 -
