ppi blackhorse

This is my first time posting so hopefully am doing everything right lol.
I went to a ppi claim company called blue sky claims (big mistake), anyway rec'd letters back saying I was successful with my claim for around £1400. Blue sky want 25% + VAT but as I have a default on the loan (CCJ) so does anyone how will the money be paid cause if it goes straight on to my loan I will need to find nearly £500 to blue sky. Does anyone know how this works ? Thanks in advance

Hi there and welcome, well done on your win, i am afraid that the win will go to your loan and you will be left with the remainder to pay this company.
(Not sure about a ccj although the same may apply)) We advocate on this site that you do it your self, all this costs is a couple of stamps, and i am sure that is all it will have cost this company. If anyone is on a payment plan or in default and they win using a claims company then they end up with a bill.
