I sent off for these vouchers when it was first posted on here but due to ill health have only just managed to use my vouchers. I must say that I was impressed with the level of service that Debenhams provided, the sales assistants went out of their way to be nice and let me use 3 one after the other and even asked me if I had found everything that I was looking for and did I need any help locating any other items. Upon completing the 3 transactions - I told the sales assistant that my sister had given me her 2 vouchers one from her email and one from her husbands and I asked her if it would be ok to use them too or would my sister need to come into store. The sales assistant said it was fine for me to use them too. When I went back to her about 1/2 hour later she was was more than happy to take them and even commented to her colleague that it was such a good offer and it was nice to see customers getting a few bargains.

I first signed up for this voucher & recieved this voucher on the 25th october via email, but due to my payday only being a few days ago i havent been able to use them yet. However i will tommorow, has anybody had any luck in printing the same barcoded voucher multiple times & using it?

The only people that have had luck using the same unique code/bar code several times is when the SA hasn't keyed it in. Some SA's just put it on as other voucher, whereas most key in the numbers, and if they do, then I'm afraid you won't be able to use the same one again.

Does that apply to the origional vocuhers also, bear in mind i was sent it on the 1st day of the promotion, ive heard stories whereby people have been using mutliple vouchers pre 28th october & after the 28th debenhams put its conditions in place

Yeh, you're talking about the barcoded ones. Most of the SA's at the beginning didn't know what to do with them (apparantly you were supposed to take 2 digits off or something) so they used to put it in as other voucher. But I guess alot more know what to do with the barcoded ones now which were the originals and they key the numbers in correctly omitting 2 of the digits or something, so it ends up being keyed in as a gift card code, hence if you use it again, it'll indicate it's already been used.

Thanks OP - I've had my voucher for a little while but haven't been able to get to Debenhams yet. This may be a silly question, but will we be able to use this on Friday 12th? Sometimes these offers don't mean the end date is inclusive, so I just wanted to make sure that turning up on Friday that it'll still be accepted. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this!
