Need a new current account...

I have been living abroad for 7 years and now moving back to UK. I always had a Nationwide account, and when I left I had a £1500 overdraft at its limit. I have slowly paid that off and when I paid the last of it off, Nationwide automatically closed my account, so I have been about 2yrs with no bank account whatsoever. I have no debt, no loans, no mortgage, but also no money (to speak of) to put into the new account. The money I have will be needed to see me through to getting a job and finding somewhere to rent. Also I have no permanent address, will be staying with my sister til I get settled.
Which bank to go with?

Thanks. Any particular reason you can recommend them?

You could try Barclays & LTSB if you want to too. Only one piece of UK ID will be fine.0
