Access to scoring against criteria?

Hi all, husband going through consultation process so have been reading loads of helpful posts on this forum and the ACAS website.

Couldn't find clear answer though on whether hubbie should receive his scoring against criteria? Is there any legislation or clear guidance on this? I would have thought it would be provided at the meeting to discuss the actual criteria and if this has resulted in him being made redundant however saw some posts where this wasn't the case and some where people didn't receive anything?!

Any help or advice would be much appreciated : )

    The scoring systems is used to determine those under threat of redundancy, against agreed criteria (normally with the unions), conditions for making people redundent. Your husband will be told this once all under threat have been scored.

    In other ways, sometimes each individual is given the opportunity to apply for similar jobs, theoir own job, or voluntary redundancy. Normally Volunteers are sought first before compulsory redundancies.

    Compulsory and Voluntary redundancy schemes may run concurrently, thoiugh the Voluntary scheme may close earlier. There is no guarantee that those who volunteer will be offered redundancy.

    You should have been informed of the selection criteria and the scores you receive, however, you have no emtitlement to see other affected peoples scores, but If I remember correctly, a union official can have access to the scores of others, although with the DPA now in force, that may now not be the case - I am sure someone will clarify.

    Anonymised data is fine - but if a low number of people are being considered then even anonymised data may not be released because there is a risk that individuals could be identified.
