Capital One Classic - When do they let you know about credit limit?

Hi,

I just applied for the Capital One Classic card to take advantage of the 1% Cashback.

It says got accepted, I signed the CC agreement electronically, will receive card in the next few days. But I just don't seem to see the credit limit.

When do they let you know about it? A bit odd they don't mention it immediately, must I have done rather badly in their credit rating?

When you receive your card. My brother got one and only knew his credit limit when the card arrived

Lol! This is becoming a guess my credit limit game.

Will let you guys know when I receive it! Personally I'm guessing £500.

Ring them they will tell you your credit limit over the phone.

I applied for the Classic card as it was mentioned in the weekly tips email a couple of weeks ago as having 1% cashback.

The paperwork I got with the card doesn't say what type of card it is, it only calls it a "Capital One credit card" so I don't know if I've been given a different card.

I've only had the card a few days so £1,500 is the starting limit.

Cool. Well done! It's good to know Cap One do provide people with decent credit history a decent limit; they went through a phase of dishing out 200/300 limits no matter how good or bad the applicants credit.
