Tesco and Asda are having a few probs with there special offers.
THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE AND 2 FOR £XXXX
these are not coming off your bills at the till. so check your till receipts. they are supposed to be listed at the bottom if they are not go straight to the customer services desk and do not be fobbed off by them. it has happened on 5 occasions to me now and three replies were "it has registered but there is a printing problem so you have made your savings" now with most buying 50 or 60 items on a weekly shop will shrug it off. since joining this forum i now check everything and i am good at maths so i point out that my bill has not been rectified properly. they then double check and guess what? you get a refund!
so please check your till reciepts
