Hi.
To cut a long story short, I need a DAB radio where the existing aerial can be replaced or supplemented with an F-Type external aerial. Where I need to use the radio the reception is fine about 2-3 meters away so it's not the region I am in, but before anyone tells me to put the radio in that location it's not possible to leave it there.
I live about 40 minutes drive away from any electrical stores and need to buy one from the internet consequently. Having spoken to a couple of retailers by phone, they are not understanding what I want.
I know the Intempo KTC-01 has this "add an additional aerial" feature but it's around £80. I was hoping maybe to keep it under £50.

Have you tried just bodging something on using screened cable in between new aerial and the unextended radio aerial ? DAB is so low quality you've nothing to lose. and £50 to save.0
