Problems connecting to inetrnet (add-ons?)

Hi
I am having problems connecting to the internet.
If I try to connect in the normal way, I get a message that reads:

"Internet Explorer has encounterd a problem and needs to close. sorry for the inconvenience etc.."

Then I get another message about sending an error report.

I discovered that the only way for me to get connected is to browse without add-ons. But this means I cannot access sites like You Tube etc.

HOw can I solve this?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

S.B

The add-ons seem to be causing a problem. Do you think that there is a rogue one in there somewhere?

could be; try disabling all first and then a case of trial/error .

add-ons can cause problems -- same with FF too.

I think I've solved the problem.

I found something called 'Shopper Report' in my programs.

I deleted this and my computer has connected without any problem.:T

    Thanks Busty:)
