Hi
I am having problems connecting to the internet.
If I try to connect in the normal way, I get a message that reads:
"Internet Explorer has encounterd a problem and needs to close. sorry for the inconvenience etc.."
Then I get another message about sending an error report.
I discovered that the only way for me to get connected is to browse without add-ons. But this means I cannot access sites like You Tube etc.
HOw can I solve this?
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

The add-ons seem to be causing a problem. Do you think that there is a rogue one in there somewhere?0

could be; try disabling all first and then a case of trial/error .square_bear wrote: »The add-ons seem to be causing a problem. Do you think that there is a rogue one in there somewhere?
add-ons can cause problems -- same with FF too.0 -
I think I've solved the problem.
I found something called 'Shopper Report' in my programs.
I deleted this and my computer has connected without any problem.:T
