This judge appeared not to know the difference between a Penalty and and Invoice
and
failed to take into consideration whether the so called contract was fair etc etc.
For impartiality, the judge at Wolverhampton only found against OPC because our defendant wasn't the driver. Arguments such as contractual penalties, unfair consumer regulations and contractual offers were dismissed.
I think that the judge was not 'impartial' but 'ignorant'.If it moves; sue it!0
