ordered a freezer for my mum for last saturday, it was a no show so we phoned on sunday and they apologized said they would refund delivery and deliver on tuesday, fair enough so my mum waited in all day phoned at 3pm to check, the delivery driver didnt take all his deliverys, guess whos was left behind, so they said we will definately deliver saturday
today she gets a text saying delivery will be 7am till 11.30pmm
my mum needed to go shopping as she works full time but its now really late and doesnt look as if its turning up now,my mum is seriously pi**ed off now has run out of milk and bread and now the shops are shut. she doesnt know what her next step is, she was offered £10 off but she has been put to alot of inconvenience and turned downed overtime on tuesday so has missed out on extra wages. if she cancelled and went else where it would cost an extra £40
any ideas

Unfortunately I don't think there is really anything she can do other than make a formal complaint with a best case scenario of being given a few vouchers.
I would give them 1 last chance if it's going to save her £40.00.
I can't understand why people don't make delivery dates and times more convenient. I would personally pay a bit more for more convenience (not very money saving I know).Wedding 5th September 20150 -
