From T&Cs: The competition will take place in 3 phases, each phase ending with a lucky draw. The dates are as follows:

• Phase 1: From 5 October 2010 to 05 December 2010 (midnight). The draw to decide the winner of the trip to Tignes to spend New Year’s Eve with 10 friends (cf. Article 5) will be made between 5 and 10 December 2010.
• Phase 2: From 6 December 2010 to 15 February 2010 (midnight). The draw to decide the winner of the trip to Tignes for the X Games with 5 friends (cf. Article 5) will be made between 15 and 20 February 2011.
• Phase 3: From 16 February 2011 to 15 April 2011 (midnight). The draw to decide the winner of the Nissan Juke (cf. Article 5) will be made between 15 and 20 April 2011.

See Article 3 in the T&Cs ... link in original post above. Registering yourself initially gives you one entry in to all remaining draws. Playing games and/or inviting friends to register then gives you extra chances to win in each draw. You don't have to play any games or invite any friends to join at all though if you don't want to. Hope that helps?
