Bad credit rating and need to open new A/C

Hello

I need to open another bank account as im going through the final stages of taking Lloyds to court re Unfair bank charges, However im on benefit as a single mother and do have a messy credit rating, i dont have CCJ's or anything serious like that, but when i have applied online all the banks have said "NO SORRY" etc etc.
Can someone please recommend a bank that may take me?

Ps cant do Lloyds Abbey or Barclays because im taking the all for their unfair bank charges

    How about getting a basic bank account?
