Flights to Hong Kong with stop overs

I am looking to visit Hong Kong for around 5 or 6 nights, returning on the 31st July or afterwards. I am very keen to make the trip with a stop off for a few days on the way, preferred locations being in Asia such as Beijing, Seoul, Shanghai or Delhi. I am flexible on the dates i travel but would like around 2-3 days in the stop off place, and need to be in HK between 25th and 31st July.
Has anyone got any tips on the cheapest or best ways to find such flights? Im happy to do long winded routes. Adding a stop off seems to add a few hundred quid on
Cheers

If you want a stopover in Beijing then I would look at Air China flights (London Heathrow > Beijing > Hong Kong then Beijing > London Heathrow.
If you want a stopover in Delhi then look at Air India flights. As for Seoul, well I'ld look at Korean Air flights for that.
Also, have a look at the multicity flights on www.kayak.com.
This summer I did a tour of Asia and used Air China. The flights were approx £1,100. I did this route
London > (connect in Beijing) > Tokyo > Beijing > Taipei > Shanghai > Seoul > London (via Beijing)0 -

You could book a multi-city package to somewhere like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok......but flying back from Hong Kong. Do the one way leg to Hong Kong on a separate AirAsia ticket.
Doing something similar over Xmas...flying Air France to Guangzhou but coming back from Bangkok 4 weeks later. In between going to Hong Kong overland, Singapore AirAsia > Phuket AirAsia > Bangkok Airasia.
£855 all in.
The price is far better than trying to book a major airline intinerary....stupid prices.0 -
Not your first choices, but you could do a stopover in Dubai or Bangkok, at no or minimal extra charge usually, if you fly with Emirates. It also makes it all on one ticket which may be an advantage. July puts you in the school holiday period however which could bump up prices.0

we often found KLM cheap for Asia.
KLM also fly direct to Chegdu,China the Panda place.
China needs Visa not cheap.
Taiwan and Korea don't.0
