ppi/repayment cover info needed

Hi everyone.

I have 4 credit cards on the go at present, all of which where applied for & taken out on line.

I have never received any "paper" statements from at least 3 of them and when i look at the statement online,to me it's very briefly detailed, just stating what i need to pay them and if any new transactions.

What im trying to find out is if iam being charged any ppi or repayment cover on these.

What do i need to do to find out if i am
How can i obtain a paper statement
How does the ppi or replacement cover show on the statement ?

Many thanks in advance..
:)
