Approx cost of installing dog flap in french doors

Firstly, would it be possible to get a small dog flap installed in these french doors? I'm thinking the bottom two panes on one of the doors would be removed and replaced with the flap. The building is Listed, but I doubt those are the original doors, and they're at the back of the property so hoping it wouldn't be an issue (but would seek guidance from local authority first anyway).

Secondly, anyone have any idea how much roughly a glazier/fitter might charge?
Also, I've seen cat flaps with microchips which only let the cat in/out - can you get dog versions of this, as even though our garden has high walls and is pretty secure, I still think it would be necessary for security reasons.
