Wise move my good man. Could you possibly tell Mrs Poolie is working and staying over in London today? ie I got the house to myself.

Let me check Mr Fridge for the wonder he holds.

Also Dinah hasn't banished up back to out potting sheds

How drunk are you?! I had to get my translator in on that one. And I don't banish, I like the banter!

Went for my final session of physio today, I'm still only about 2/3 of the way to full capacity and my movement is still quite limited. She's warned me I need to exercise frequently to keep the knee working, otherwise I'm looking at a replacement in less than 10 years as they've removed quite a lot of cartiledge and bone. Mum has offered to get me another gym membership for Christmas, but I don't know if I'd go - even though I know I really, really should.

Haven't heard from Tete in a while, if she's reading I hope you're okay love x

If you insist, I won't say no. More dangerous the better in my book - as long as it doesn't blind us.

Send some tatties down if they need doing.

I may have had 1 or 2. I cannot confirm how many I have actually had incase it incriminates me. hehe.

NIM and I are always in trouble for the whole of the male race.

All joking aside I am wondering if I could get away with using some spud in the mash instead of going for all grain, its either gonna be awesome or deadly
