EnergyLinx ignoring emails and not paying cashback
A warning to others to avoid using EnergyLinx's cashback deal for switching energy suppliers as advertised on the Cheap Gas & Electricity page.
At the end of July I switched my energy from Scottish Power to npower via EnergyLinx. They promised to pay £34 cashback on receipt of npower's documentation from me to prove the switch had taken place. I emailed copies of said documentation at the start of September, but received no response. I emailed at the end of September and again today requesting acknowledgement and details of when my cashback would be paid. I have still had no response.
Has anyone got any bright ideas where to take it now? My only option at present appears to be warn other not to use this scam outfit under any circumstances. They ought to be removed from the recommendation unless they sort their act out.

Good news. They replied to my email (suspiciously shortly after posting here) and my £34 cash back was paid into my account on Friday. All (well almost all) is forgiven, not sure I'd use them again though.0
