Which Canon Ixus would you go for?

I've been put in charge of sorting out my cousin's present for passing her masters.

We've all put in and I have about £150 to spend on a camera.

The choices from her past preferences are definitley a Canon Ixus as below, but to be frank, they all look the same to me after 45mins on the Amazon website. I was just going to get the same as mine (Ixus 95) but it's now out of stock.

What type would you suggest?

I would get the 105. It was £99.99 on Amazon last week, and now it is £112.33. I wonder if you wait a week if it will be on sale at £99 again. Or maybe £125, who knows - stupid Amazon pricing!

The 105 and 130 are newer models than the 100.

Specs on the 105 and 130 are very similar except the 130 has 14 Megapixels as opposed to 12 (this wouldn't make any difference to the usable image though) and the 130 does HD video whilst the 105 is Standard.

I say go with the 105 and use the extra money to buy a SD card and maybe a case if your cousin doesn't already have them.
