Account Fraud

I've currently got an ongoing complaint with Cahoot as to how someone has used my bank account and credit card (which were supposed to be closed) , update the address and then defaulted.

Ive eventually escalated to a formal complaint however even this has been dealt with wrongly and not addressed the issues raised and therefore I'm now at the stage 2 complaint procedure.

In the reply they sent to me regarding the bank account ( they somehow forgot about the credit card or the fraud that has taken place) they have supplied me with details of the transction which took place to empty the bank account overdraft.

Because they have handily provided these details  I have established which bank account the money went to and the branch however I there is also a description given which I dont understand:

Bank Account: XXXXXXXX
Sort Code: XX XX XX
Description: Quantum

Does any one know what 'Quantum' means ?

I'm reporting this fraud to the police and will be passing it to the financial ombudsman if my complaint is not dealt with but does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed ?

I have just google the aco!!!! number the payments were made to and there seems to be a lot of fraud involving that number (google barclays account number 93063747).

Thats strange as the ones I found has the same account number and sort code but the link you have posted makes more sense and I'll be providing the information to the police as part of my report.
