has anyone ever done it? I'm desperate to sell my car quickly and want a good price but i'd be up for it to be listed as an auction - is this a good idea, will i get much less than if i sit it out and wait for someone to buy it at the price i want?

Bang it on autotrader, local classifieds or gumtree.

Too cheap? you will soon know you will get calls for weeks after selling it, Overpriced and you will only
get people who are cheeky and offer peanuts. No genuine callers.
