Some of you who read my other post might now I have only just started doing ebay, well ofthe 2 items that I have already sold and both have received I havent received any feedback for them yet.
I have already left feedback to both buyers as I was delighted at the way the transactions went. I am wondering why the buyer's havent been as courteous, it has only been 2 days but I am hoping to build up a good feedback rating.
How long should I wait before leaving feedback?
TIA
Tracy

You have 90 days to leave feedback. Some companies automatically leave feedback once you've left yours. Personally i would give it a few more weeks.

Then you could always drop them a line asking politely if you could leave them feedback. And yes it does take time, i've been doing it for years now and have only managed to get to 132 (see sco-jdwatt) , (i'm not spamming here, i currently have nothing for sale!!!)

Good luck reaching 10 and you'll get your first coloured star!

  • Some people don't leave feedback.

I had a payment reminder today for an item I won three days ago and paid for by cheque (first class) the next day. They certainly won't get ANY feedback from me now.

Never ever ask for feedback, you might not like what you get.

Did you tell them you were paying by cheque?
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

A good rule of thumb is to leave feedback for your customers once they have left it for you, or as soon as you know they are happy with their purchase.
