Lye Flooring Treatment

When I move I would like the wood flooring in 2 rooms and a hall way to be bleached using a Lye wood treatment (peroxide basically) and heavy wax put on as a finish. The floor would have to be sanded, sealed, cleaned, treated and waxed. A local company I popped into said they charged an average of £28 per square metre which would work out at around £1,120 (+VAT I would imagine). Is this reasonable. I've never had this done before. Thanks.
