I want to remove a lot of the see through jelly type sealant. Is there anything that desolves it? Its all over some plastic piping loads of it and its got to be removed so the pipes can be repaired properly
Thanx

You can get gunk for removing bathroom sealant - they have some in Aldi of all places at the moment, otherwise a DIY shop - worth giving it a go.0

Hello Lady_K
I think that you'll get more views and responses in the 'In my home (includes DIY)' board, so I'll move it across for you.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

Remove as much as possible with a sharp knife and then use some silicone eater- http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=18504&ts=377190
