Packing Boxes

Options
Does anybody know anywhere in Belfast where I could pick up cardboard boxes for packing to move house?

And I asked the local supermarket!

  • Have you asked at your local Dixons, Comet, Currys as they often have TV or microwave boxes that they use for display items.

    I found Lidl was good.
  • I would ask your local co-op if you have one near you, we were always giving them away!

Sainsburys at forestside were helpful when i moved recently. Pitch up about 11pm..they spend the night restocking and have loads of boxes then.

    Hi

nambarrie used to sell tea boxes quite cheaply and they are excellent for packing, but I usually pick up free boxes from the local offie, they always have a pile just past the till, unfortunately they are in bangor

Lidl apples are great - they are displayed in triple walled, double corrigated boxes (feel like wood). Also the great cheap shop in high st. were very helpful - just pop in on a morning, ask them to keep a few & call back in the afternoon.
