Thoughts on this properties garden?

Can people give me thoughts on this property for sale? Mainly the fact that when you do a birds eye view on Bing, the garden seems like it's been wedged between two houses.

It's Crowther Drive, south facing, garden narrows towards the end. In between Holton Way and Kenford Drive on right hand side near all trees (ASDA distribution warehouse behind it).

  • Looks OK, in a very boring newbuild kind of way. At least, I thought that until I saw the floral pic, when I gulped and went back to dreary, happily!

Garden looks OK, too. Boring as well, but a decent size.

If I'm looking at the correct one, it does seem strange that the garden narrows off whilst the neighbouring one widens.
However, I'd be more concerned as to how much noise it gets from the dirty great Asda distribution depot the other side of the trees - the nearest part of which looks like the truck washing plant. I know there's a bank in between, presumably to minimise noise but I'd still want to know how effective it is.
