vista issue

I tried to download a trial for microsoft and got this message


set up is unable to procced due to following erros:
to instal this porduct you must be running one of the followng
x86 platform
-windows 7
-windos vista sp1
windows xp3p3
windows server 2003
x64 platform
-window 7
vista sp1
server

i have tried to microsoft NET frame work 3.5 service pack 1 net famaily update(which i think sp1 ) before but it wont.its called WindowsUpdate_00000057 the error



any ideaS?

Somewhat difficult to understand the question, do you meet the requirements of whatever you are trying to install?

vista service packs have nothing to do with .net

Do you mean Windows 7 ....?

I assume you mean Office 2010.

What version of Windows do you have? To find out, right click on My Computer then select Properties. In the dialogue box that opens near the top it will tell you, please list what it says here.
