TMobile fraud on account

Hi All
I wonder if someone can help me, sorry but didnt know whether to post on here or in banking. so I have put on both
I've recently opened a statement from a Nationwide account that I never use and good job I did as there was a direct debit setup from Tmobile. The issue is that I don't have a tmobile mobile.
The bank says its nothing to do with them and Tmobile wont speak to me as I don't know the mobile number, I got so far with tmobile with one customer service lady but she said the address doesn't match so for data protection she couldn't take the call any further.
The bank have said it's set up in my name and matching my account number so that is it.
I have tried calling tmobile and emailing a fraud email address one of the customer service agents gave me but has no response.
Email address was - fraudriskintelligence@everythingeverywhere.com
can anyone recommend anything esle, the direct debit has been stopped, another part is that this took me over drawn from the 2 direct debits so I have had a penalty from nationwide. If I put it bank in to zero balance then there are more penalties waiting to go out then it will take me overdrawn again and add another fine.
I've had the account since I was 8, didnt even know it could have a direc debit or go overdrawn.
Does any one know any other numbers or email addresses, i've also faxed them with no reponse.
Thanks all
Richie

You need to speak to the bank and do a DD indemnity claim this will get all your money back. Do not let the bank fob you off they CAN do this. The fraud people from T-Mobile will reply but this can take a few days.Aug 24 - Mortgage Balance £242,040.19
Credit Card - £8,141.63 + £4,209.83
Goals: Mortgage Free by 2035, Give up full time work once Mortgage Free, Ensure I have a pension income of £20k per year from 20350 -
Hi Kerry, few people have mentioned this but i've spoken to a few people in the bank and on the phone and they dont do anything. Walked into to different branches as well.
Will this wiave the penalties as well and not effect credit scoring? is there anything i can print out and say 'look this isn't me, you've accepted this without my knowledge and your responsible, my account should be back to how it should be!'
thanks for taking the time out to read.0 -
Hi Richard
Ok this is bollox Nationwide have a responsibility and so do T Mobile.
Go into your branch. You can have a DD Indemity even if everything has come out of your account properly. I know I have done it on several DDs when I have been a skint student. Say you are disputing the payment and they have to give it back its under the DD Guarntee.
Secondly T Mobile are just playing hard ball DPA means nothing all you are reporting is that an unauthorised payment method has been taken without your permission you will have to be forceful but as long as they dont disclose any details to you then they havent broken DPA. They should be able to investigate this and stop any thing further from happening. Hope this helps
Cheers
