hi! not sure if this is an issue with my pc or this board but i'm beginning to notice redirects when i move around mse or just refresh the page i'm on?!

a few minutes ago a thread i clicked got stuck for a few minutes - the bottom left of my screen read a facebook link, i refreshed and it continued to the page i was after on mse. because of that i'm noticing nearly every page i refresh or move to goes through the usual mse motions but then redirects, the most common being via pings.chartbeat.net or something like that.

any clues? or is it my system? i have run and cleared all rubbish via spybot and my other cleaners, but mse is still doing this :(

eta - the face book link is api.ak.facebook or something?

    There is facebook content (or something) used on the site.

    See these threads: ----> CLICK

    For chartbeat: ----> CLICK

    Basically, some of the added functionality of the site is provided via scripts etc on partner/external sites.

    So no, it's not a problem with you.
