O/T Can Someone Help Me With A Quidco Question? x

Hi,
Im a newbie, have been watching the threads for a while now but not signed up properly until today!

I also signed up to Quidco thanks to MSE and i have a total of £202.13 in my Quidco account i just need someone to help me with a few Questions.

Does every payment have to be Validated and say Validated before its actually yours? All of mine have Tracked, Some with stars next to them and one that says Validated.

I have to wait another 6 days before i can withdraw as i am new but i was just wondering if once it has tracked it is all available for withdrawel?

Sorry to crash the Grabbit forum - please forgive me! xx :)

no you have to wait for the money status to be paid before you can draw on it, and for some of the big caskbacks it can take as long as 6 mths.
tracked and validated are just two stages you go trough before you get the cash
the best thing to do is have a look on Quidco's frequently asked questions

    hope that helped

The payment has to be received before you can get it.
Quidco won't pay out until they have been paid.
Some merchants pay within 1 month, some take a few monhts, so sorry you will have to be patient.

Best to look at the help section here for full answers:

    http://www.quidco.com/help/all/

You need to input your payment details and then quidco will pay you anything you are due automatically, at fortnightly intervals. There is no facility for you to request 'withdrawals'.

'Validated' just means the company has approved your payment in principle. It can take anything from a couple of weeks to many months for the cashback to actually be 'received' by Quidco and you will be 'paid' on the next payment run. All is explained in detail on the site :)
  • thank-you all for your help, i think i understand it now. sorry for being dumb lol x

    Hi there

You're not being dumb at all! Just to clarify - you don't 'withdraw' it, it gets paid automatically to the bank account of your choosing - you need to put your bank details in, under the 'settings' section.

Tracked and validated just means it's going through the process of being recognised and sorted out.

'Received' status means that Quidco now have hold of the money (from the merchant/shop you used).

'Paid' status means that Quidco have made a payment to your bank account. You can also now get it paid to a Paypal account if you prefer. But obviously it won't turn to 'Paid' until you have given them details of the account you want the money paid to.

If you have amounts already listed under 'Paid' then it means you've already been given the money. Check what bank account you put in for them to send it to.

    HTH a bit. :)

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".

Paypal charge you for accepting this payment, use a bank account so you get it all, not Paypal take a share. Caught that way myself, so I switched to BACS.

log in to your quidco account, go to "my account" then click the tab that says "payments" thats where you will see if you have been paid. If there is nothing there then you havent been paid yet, if there is it usually take around 3-4 working days, if you have been sent a payment it will look something like this under the payment tab

    13 Oct 2010 23.73 paid by BACS

The 10 days is a security mesure to make sure it is you who has added / changed the details you will have had an email to tell you its been changed.

any payment recived before the 15th of the month is payed on the 15th and takes 3-4 days to get to your bank any payment recived after the 15th is payed on the 30/31st of the month
