Mine said pending fulfilment, then changed to something else which i can't remember now but it included a RM recorded delivery tracking number

I received this email too, I'm not even too bothered about the dress as some you win some you lose, its the principal how its been dealt with. I will never shop with them this automated response just goes to show their service is terrible. I asked specific questions in my email which were obviously not addressed as it was copied and pasted to all of us. I've removed my address and phone number details from the account details held with them.
