    I found a copy of my deeds from when i bought the house (about 18 month ago), they did seem to be dated 1999, but the ones for the niehgbours property had 1999 in the bottom corner too, i imagine thats from when they were built, so mine were from only 18 month ago, and nothings changed since then and mine show the property as belonging to the neighbours as well.
