Hijacked by Olly Murs of x-factor

helllo all

need some help here. looks like i been hijacked but struggling to resolve it.
all browsers (ie, chrome, ff) are diverting me to the wrong sites. it appears to be only when clicking on google search results. most of the time i get taken to various pay per click web portals, although i have also been subjected to penis enlargement sites and a youtube video of Olly Murs latest single. not nice!

AVG, Adaware and Malware Bytes have shown nothing. My browser Add-ons look ok.

Hope someone could take a look at my hijackthis log and see if they can spot anything suspicious...

Download HostsXpert
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Hoster-Download-27041.html
and then follow the below steps.

* Unzip HostsXpert.zip
* It will create a folder named HostsXpert in whatever folder you extract it to.
* Run HostsXpert.exe by double clicking on it.
* click the Make Writeable? button.
* click Restore Microsoft's Hosts File and then click OK.
* Click the X to exit the program

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan

thanks for the help guys. just to let you know it seems to be fixed.

i followed ali's advice and looks like my malware needed updating. its now picked up a trojan DNS changer.
