there is a Crowne Plaza in the center of Bruges and the Holiday Inn deals work there €107pn on the 2-4-1

I'd second Bruges. It's not that far from where you are and a beautiful city. I have never been during Christmas holidays, but would imagine it to be stunning, with a fantastic atmosphere.
Not sure how expensive it would be though.0 -
