NUS Extra card ordering online - delivery time? Anyone else with problems?

Ordered an NUS Extra card 30th September. According to the order tracker it was printed 2nd October. However it is not yet delivered and I do not have a PDF e-mail of the card like the site promised. This is therefore the 8th working day they could have delivered it to the University Union.

Surely the whole point of the card is the discounts. If I am waiting for the card for the discounts (even if they're only small) then that's not ideal.

Just to add I have e-mailed to ask where my card is but have not received a reply yet.

I ordered my card at a similar time to you. I went into my Student Union and it had arrived a few days ago. But I still haven't been sent an e-mail from NUS to say it's ready!

I advise you check with your SU in person.

check the SU in person, i had no emails but i went along to the SU and they had it

I just got my e-mail after about 2/3 weeks;)
But can't get to SU to pick it up for another week!:rolleyes:

Asked at SU today but they didn't have it. Looked again at NUSextra website and it says it was despatched on the 11th so will be asking again tomorrow.

My nus extra card just arrived at my union today, took 3 weeks in total.

Got mine today but they printed the wrong Union logo on it :mad: They printed the correct details on the front but rather than Leeds University Union logo - it has Leeds Met Student's Union logo. An easy mistake to make but not one I would expect them to have.

Suppose I could see it as a positive thing and can use 2 student unions?! lol

I ordered mine about a week ago, got it today.

Just out of interest, I cannot find anywhere the link to the apple NUS store. Are they still doing it?

NUS do seem to have taken that link away. But you can still order products at student prices if you go directly through the UK Apple site. Click on the link that says 'Education'. You will be asked to type in your university and once you have done so, you will see the products at student prices! Have fun shopping!
