I would try any of the WYSIWYG editors.

Adobe GoLive being one of the best, in my opinion.

WYSIWYG = 'What You See Is What You Get'

I would agree that one of these drag and drop style web editors are a good step forwards. It is my opinion however that it is always worth understanding a little about what is happening in the background of the web site. A nice simple book like a 'Dummies guide to HTML 4.0' is a good general introduction to HTML basics.

If you have a MS Office package, check to see if you have MS Frontpage web editor. It’s not the best out there but it is the one that most people have already.

    I hope that this help.

    Kindest Regards

  • Try a pack called "Mr website" or something like that. Have a look in the gadget type shops or on the "boys toys" websites. I think I saw it in House of fraser as well recently. Its a realy simple way of getting a website up and running without having to know anything about HTML or any form of programming. just press the buttons that it tells you and the program does the rest.

I think its about 20quid and if you want to run it after a year it charges about a tenner a year i think
  • I believe the retail shops like pcworld are selling something called website in a box which would suit someone with no idea about webdesign
If it doesn't fit, force it; if it breaks, it needed replacement anyway

Hmm, as it's for your business, why not get the business to pay a professional web designer? Would you expect a complete novice photographer to produce a professional set of wedding photographs?
