Ticketmaster

Hi
I was wondering if someone could help me

I made a large booking via Ticketmaster.
Unfortunately, Tickets have not arrived.
Event is tomorrow. They have said I can collect at Box Office.

Can I complain?

It is just because I wanted to give the tickets in advance to family and friends as a gift which now is a bit more difficult as I have to ask them to meet me at the event. If it was a one-day event I'd understand but the ticket gives access over two days. So some people wanted to go on Saturday and others on Sunday.

The lady on the phone apologised and I know it is not her fault.
But, this is so rubbish!

I appreciate all your help and advice!

You can certainly complain, and if you paid for delivery then ask for that to be refunded, but realistically, there's nothing they can do to get your tickets to you before tomorrow, so it really depends what you want as an outcome. If you're asking whether you're due compensation, then I'd guess not as you have not suffered any financial loss (excluding possible delivery charges as mentioned above) but if you want to draw attention to the inadequacy of their service on this occasion, then go for it.

Just make up something that looks like a ticket and print it off as a gift. I've done that with magazine subscriptions and spa days gifts in the past. It will look just as nice.
