    I agree with other posters - change your vet immediately! I wouldn't trust any vet who made such an irresponsible remark! :mad:

    Absolutely - my mums b1tch became steadier after neutering, as she no longer had all the hormonal changes to deal with.

    An over-protective dog is likely to become even more anxious and protective with pups to guard. Breeding her may well re-inforce this behaviour, not lessen it. A spey and good training is a far better bet.

    It would also be incredibly irresponsible to breed from a dog with known temprement problems... do you really think its fair to send off pups that may become as challenging as yours to unsuspecting new owners?
