Post Office/Bank of Ireland transfer to FSCS approved

The High Court yesterday approved the transfer of Bank of Ireland deposits in the UK (including Post Office savings products), to take effect from November 1st.
After the transfer, customers with Post Office Savings accounts will be protected in accordance with the UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
