What is the best rate being offered for Isa's and with who?

Easy access take a look at Santander 2.85% (if you have a death wish on service) or Halifax 2.80% (rises to 3.00% for current account customers).

www.moneyfacts.co.uk/savings will take you to the best buy tables. Some longer term fixed rates will give you over 4%.
