Housing Benefit/LHA

I am currently getting Housing Benefit under the "old rules" (not LHA). If I move house, will this be considered a new claim and changed to LHA or will I continue as before? My circumstances won't have changed - just the house.

your claim at your new property will come under LHA rules, so you will be assessed on the relevant LHA rate for your circumstances.0
