No, you will not be eligible for Income Based JSA because your partner earns above the threshold. You will receive contributions JSA for a total of 26 weeks, after which you would not qualify for income based JSA unless your partners earnings dropped significantly.0

You can double check your benefit entitlements on the Turn2us online benefit calculator.
To find out about the mortgage interest schemes run by the govt, a summary is provided on the Shelter website aimed at home owners struggling with their mortgages.0 -

They wont get wtc unless partner works more than 30 hours a weekFree/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
put in a claim for wtc.
bills arent included in any calculation. after rent and council tax you are expected to live on £102 a week as a couple,0 -
Any earnings threshold is immaterial. It is a condition of entitlement to JSA(ib) that a claimants partner works fewer than 24 hours per week. The condition of entitlement is failed.0

maybe, but that is when the value of earning would be taken into account and it's likely any entitlement would be nil0
