Watched it, was pretty damning but what is needed.

And 93% and 96% for proficiency when you have that big a customer base is shocking. The error rate we had at my old place was about 1 per 100,000 transactions.

Don't forget that will be also on the actual number of claims that made it onto their computer, they managed to lose a guys laptop and it never got put on their computer system. So how many don't even make it to the system? I bet that would lower their proficiency

we bought our first computer and laptop from pcworld with insurance taken out from the tech guys .......what a mistake that was

If you buy from the PC World Group you may not have the choice.

After reading thatlink I feel quite sorry for the guys on the ground - they don't stand a chance really...

Best Buy will wipe the floor with PC World - their best bet is to start applying.
