    it can get very confusing when they dont actually tell you whats going o happen and just say i dont know what will happen and they will let you know.

    either way if i get the backdated money either in lump or not ill be happy
    we have struggled for months and now finding out we should have been better off makes me feel gutted.

    it looks like a good bit of money is owed hopefully thye will give a lump sum and adjust the remaining payments to us.

    i will do but i imagine its going to take many weeks to sort. and i cant see tax credits giving me a backdated payment of around £1000

    baby is 23 weeks old and on your rough figures it would be around 50 quid a week down so works out just over 1k
  • If the baby is already on your claim all that needs doing is income to be updated. I think you may be surprised at how quickly that will be done. Pretty much an automatic calculation. When is your next payment day, keep an eye on your account.

    are next payment is due on thursday.

    i will keep an eye out and hopefully things will be sorted and hopefully they dont stop my money as a few people have had problems in the past
