Cold weather payments query

I'm on income support - will I still qualify for help with cold weather costs?
I've tried searching, but I can only see it is for pensioners.
I've got a few years to go till pension age.

AFAIK there are the Winter Fuel Payments which are for pensioners and the Cold Weather Payment which is something which is paid each week when the temperature falls below a certain level.
I think that people on IS because of sickness and lone parents get it

Last year there was a wesite that you could check your postcode to see how many "triggers" for cold weather payments there had been. Does anyone know the web address please?

as cwps dont start until nov 1st there wont be any triggers yet so no link.
