ESA Joint claim

New here, so a outline of history.
Six months back lost my job and started aclaim for JSA just as my O/H started a claim for IBESA due to rhumatiod arthritis. after about six weeks with no progress with either claim my O/H was told that there was a problem with claim, and after a lot of trouble was eventually told both claims stalled due to system not handling two separate claims from one household. Eventually my JSA was cancelled and I was put on O/Hs claim for IBESA. My query is i need urgent dental treatment and as all correspondance is in O/Hs name, how do i prove i am due free treatment
