Really peeved, 1* for dispatch

I've just had a look at my seller dashboard & I've been a left a 1 by someone for dispatch time. I either post the day I'm paid, or the following. In my listings I say I'll post within 3 working days but have never taken that long.
Are the stars that have popped up in the last couple of days, from around the 20th Sept? If so in that time I've only had feedback from 1 item I posted, she messaged to thank me for fast post & to say how pleased she was with item, a couple of things went by courier, paid Monday, collected Tuesday arrived Wednesday. Again they thanked me for quick service. (One of these was a collection only item but someone asked if I could possibly courier it, so I did)
Everything else has been collected, 2 things I allowed the people to collect even though it had the postal cost, I wonder whether they put a 1 as it wasn't dispatched?
Really baffled & that has brought my dispatch down to 4.8. I got a 1 a few months ago by some plonker who bought a pair of all leather vintage boots & complained that they smelt like old leather, hmm maybe because they were.
Now I'm going to get neurotic about my stars.
I've got 100% pos feedback so leaving a 1 seems a little strange.
