confused by my regular saver..

I signed up to a principality fixed regular saver account in december last year to budget for this christmas. This week I've noticed the standing order has disappeared from my online banking. My first deposit was in december so I make it that I have made 11 payments (the last was on the 2nd of this month) is this the norm with regular savings accounts?
I dont want to mess it up as it was quite strict for the rate and I clearly remember reading any missed payments would greatly reduce the rate I'd get over the whole term.
Thanks in advance

If your first deposit was in December 2009, your final payment will be November 2010.
You will need to make a final payment in November, maybe make a faster payment transfer direct from your current account. There is no need to set up another SO.
BTW, do you bank with the Halifax? In the past, I've noticed some standing orders finishing early despite being set up correctly.0 -
Yes I do bank with Halifax. So that must be it, I'll make sure I make the last payment next month.
Thanks for the reply0
